After you submit your request, a licensed life insurance agent authorized in your state will be assigned to review the information you provided, explain available options, and answer your questions. The assigned agent can provide their name and license information before you apply.
Independent broker relationship
The licensed agent assigned to your request may compare options from multiple insurance carriers through an independent insurance marketing organization. The assigned agent is not an insurance company. Any policy is issued by the selected carrier, and the carrier—not this website—makes the final underwriting and coverage decision.
Availability and pricing
Not every carrier or product is available in every state or to every applicant. Eligibility, premium, benefit amount, policy form, and effective date depend on age, state, health, tobacco use, underwriting, and carrier rules. Quote discussions are estimates until confirmed by the issuing carrier.
Waiting periods and graded benefits
Some final expense policies may include a graded or modified death benefit, waiting period, exclusions, or limited benefits during an initial period. Review the carrier-approved policy documents before applying and before replacing existing coverage.

Carrier logos identify companies available through brokerage relationships and do not imply that every company is available for every applicant or that a carrier endorses this website.
